We’ve nearly made it through this surreal year, can you believe it?
I hope that you are keeping well and I wanted to share these upcoming holiday events that are coming up!
“Seasonal Joy – A Christmas Concert”
“Seasonal Joy – A Christmas Concert” features the many talents of the wonderful team at St John’s.
My musical colleagues and I have recorded a beautiful program of holiday favorites, including “Laudamus te” from Vivaldi’s Gloria (sung by soprano Mélissa Danis and yours truly), “Ding Dong Merrily on High” for organ and piano, and a very special version of “Silent Night.”
To round out the program, St John’s minister has recorded spoken reflections which will interspersed throughout the program.
“Seasonal Joy” will be available online through St John’s website, beginning at 2pm (EST) this Sunday, Dec. 20th and will remain available through January 1st in the New Year!
We’ll also be livestreaming worship and music from the church on Christmas Eve at 9pm (EST).
If you’re missing traditional worship this season, I invite you to tune in on Christmas Eve or catch the replay online.
